Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use oolqy, you may provide:

• Account information such as your name and email address.
• Personal context you choose to save, including people, preferences, routines, plans, important dates, reminders, actions, and other details you want the assistant to use.
• Conversation content you send to the assistant and the responses you receive.
• Calendar information you create in oolqy or choose to connect from a supported calendar service.
• Images you deliberately choose to analyze with Context Capture, such as posters, appointment cards, store offers, signs, or products.
• Notification preferences and reminder settings.

You control what you enter. oolqy is not designed to require sensitive personal information in order to work.

The service may process limited technical information needed to keep the app working, secure, and reliable. This can include device or browser information, session identifiers, timestamps, push-notification subscription details, and diagnostic or error information.

We use information to:

• Provide and personalize oolqy.
• Remember information you asked the app to keep.
• Generate assistant responses, summaries, reminders, and proactive suggestions.
• Show your schedule, open time, actions, and upcoming items.
• Send notifications you enable.
• Connect supported services when you explicitly choose to do so.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.

oolqy uses AI systems to generate responses, organize your context, and understand images you explicitly submit through Context Capture. Information relevant to a request, including a selected image when you use Capture, may be processed by service providers that help operate the AI features. We aim to send only the information needed for the feature being used.

Context Capture is separate from personal Context. An analyzed image is not treated as information about you. If you explicitly choose Save capture, the photo and extracted details are stored in your private Saved library until you delete that capture or erase your app data. Calendar items, reminders, and actions are created only when you choose those actions.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You should review important information before relying on it.

If you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar, oolqy accesses only the permissions you approve. Calendar information can be used to understand your schedule and provide relevant planning help.

Disconnecting a service stops future access through that connection. Content already written to the third-party service may remain there until you remove it from that service.

If you enable notifications, the app may store a device push subscription and use it to deliver reminders or briefings you requested. Notification permission can be changed from the app and from your device or browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, database storage, AI processing, notifications, diagnostics, and connected integrations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to oolqy.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to applicable protections.

oolqy includes controls that let you:

• Review, edit, or forget saved context.
• Review or delete photos and extracted details in your Saved capture library.
• Change personalization and reminder preferences.
• Download a copy of your oolqy data.
• Erase your saved context while keeping your account.
• Delete your oolqy account and app-side data.
• Disconnect supported third-party services.

Some records may remain temporarily in security logs or service-provider backups where needed for reliability, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or disaster recovery.

We generally keep account and app data while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service. When you delete eligible data through the app, it is removed from the active oolqy experience, subject to limited retention described above.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account and app data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.

Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for those transfers.

oolqy is not designed for children who are below the minimum age required to consent to a digital service in their location. If we learn that an account was created without the consent required by applicable law, we may take steps to remove it.

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data, or to object to certain processing. The in-app data controls are intended to make many of these requests directly available to you.

We may update this policy as oolqy changes. When a change is material, we will make the updated policy available in the app and update the date shown at the top of this page.

Before public launch, oolqy will publish a dedicated support and privacy contact. Until then, use the data controls in Settings for access, export, erasure, and account deletion.
