oolqy is a personal organization and AI-assistance service. It can help you remember information you choose to save, organize conversations, plan actions, view calendar context, set reminders, and receive personalized suggestions.

Features may change as the product develops, and some features may depend on supported devices, browsers, third-party services, or permissions you choose to enable.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You keep ownership of the information and content you provide to oolqy. You give the service permission to process that content only as needed to operate, personalize, secure, and improve the features you choose to use.

You should only upload or save information you have the right to use and that you are comfortable processing through the service.

oolqy uses AI to generate responses, summaries, suggestions, and organizational help. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your exact circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing important output before acting on it. oolqy does not replace qualified professional advice in areas such as medicine, law, finance, mental health, or safety, and it is not an emergency service.

Reminders, notifications, and calendar information are convenience features. Delivery can be affected by device settings, browser behavior, connectivity, third-party services, or operating-system restrictions. You should not rely on oolqy as the sole method for time-critical, emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-related alerts.

If you connect a third-party service, your use of that service remains subject to its own terms and privacy practices. oolqy is not responsible for a third party's service, availability, or independent handling of content stored with that provider.

You may not use oolqy to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Interfere with, probe, overload, or bypass security of the service.
• Distribute malware, malicious code, or automated abuse.
• Misrepresent your identity in a way intended to defraud or harm others.
• Use the service in a way that materially disrupts it for other users.

We aim to keep oolqy available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.

You can delete your oolqy account from Settings. You may also erase app-side context without deleting the account. We may restrict or terminate access if an account materially violates these Terms, creates security risk, or must be restricted to comply with law.

To the extent permitted by law, oolqy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that every suggestion, reminder, response, integration, or feature will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, oolqy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and the controls available to you. It forms part of the terms under which the service is provided.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. If a change is material, the updated Terms will be made available in the app and the date at the top of this page will be updated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply where you live.
